RDR Detailing Service, Inc., is a group of dedicated Steel Detailers for steel structural Detailing work with the knowledge of international standards and the latest versions of the software such as Tekla and SDS/2. Our steel Detailers Develop unique strategies and solutions to help engineers to manage design and fabricators carry out the manufacturing process for complex projects. Due to our vast experience, we can handle steel Detailing for 5,000 tons per month. We can work globally on the specific requirements of our clients which includes the USA, UK, and Australia.

Assembly Drawings are the comprehensive details of individual parts arrangement in a fixed formwork unit. Our Assembly Drawings include items and consumables, along with information on the sizes and labels required for elevations with dimensions, weld symbols, bolt marks, bill of material and notes. We make sure the final output is editable and distributed with multiple layers as required in PDF and DXF or DWG format. We produce different layers for dimensions, body, lines, and text, with blocks for different drawn according to client needs, also proven strategies to assure that the quality of each Drawing is not compromised by precisely adhering to the global industry standards in steel detailing which include AISC, ANSI, and OSHA.

We include Part Name, Angle of Projection, Material Type, Drawing Scale, Necessary View (Front, Left Side, Right Side, Top, Bottom, and Back), Isometric View, All Necessary Dimensions (Width, Depth, Height, Size etc.) in our Part Drawings that show fabrication information for a single component.
